第四章主要讲了犹豫模糊不确定语言VIKOR多属性决策方法,并且同样将此分为了三种情况,第一种是权重已知,第二种是权重部分已知,第三种是权重完全未知。

针对权重信息完全未知的情况,借鉴上一章中相对贴近度的定义思想,对满意度的定义方法加以改进,提出相对满意度的概念,并据此确定权重信息完全未知情况下的属性定权方法。

针对第三种权重完全未知的情况,文章采用的是基于改进的TOPSIS的权重信息完全未知的属性定权方法。

总而言之,决策前首先要确定权重是否已知,决策流程图如下图所示,根据不同情况用不同方法确定权重后,确定前景决策矩阵,最后根据VIKOR方法对方案进行排序。
